Our Birds of Prey Day 2026 lineup:

Meet Our Birds of Prey
10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Visit the Farm & Wildlife Center and the Falconers to meet wildlife experts, and guest falconers with their birds throughout the day.

Family Activities
10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Enjoy fun family activities including sand art, glitter tattoos, kids’ scavenger hunt, photo booth, inflatables, and mule demonstrations. And take a hayride!

Zip Line
11:00 am – 2:00 pm (Line cut off 1:30pm)
Take the challenge; one zip for $10. Follow signs from the Farm Animal Barn to the zip line.

Farm Animal Friends
10:45 am; 12:45 pm – Demo Field
Join our Farm Team for an introduction to the animals that call Green Chimneys home, and learn how staff and students care for our important animal partners.

Birds of Prey Experience
11:15 am – Demo Field
Watch exciting free-flying demonstrations from renowned Master Falconers Brian Bradley of Skyhunters in Flight and James Eyring of Hawk Tales.

K-9 Police Dog Demo
1:15 pm – Demo Field
Observe demonstrations by a New York State Police K-9 Unit to learn how these canines support police work and safety in the community.

Live Animal Stage Show
2:30 pm – Main Tent
A dynamic line up of live animals and wildlife presentations from Green Chimneys, Teatown Lake Reservation, Brian Bradley, and Wildlife Rehabilitators Maggie Ciarcia, Katherine Murphy, Suzie Gilbert, and more. Be sure to stick around after the show for the release of a rehabilitated bird back into the wild.
