An informative opportunity for families to learn how to navigate next steps for students with special needs.

Thinking about life after high school can be daunting. Learning about options and discovering strengths can make the transition smoother and much less scary for youth.

The Resource & Transition Fair

is for families and middle to high school students with an IEP or 504 Plan. Join us for this interesting and informative event to help families who are asking themselves “What’s next?”

Explore Resources

for education, recreation, training/employment, and advocacy in Putnam County and neighboring areas.

Meet Representatives

from recognized educational programs, financial services and community agencies and service providers.

Ask Questions

in online breakout sessions offering detailed information on diverse topics.

This is a FREE online event hosted by the Brewster Central School District, the Putnam Transition Consortium and Green Chimneys.

The 2023 Resource & Transition Fair will be held via Zoom from 4:00-6:00pm.
All youth are welcome to attend with their families.
