Summer Camp FAQ

What should my camper/s bring to camp each day?

  • Water bottle (Please pack a durable container that can be refilled throughout the day)
  • Sunscreen
  • Complete change of clothes, including underwear
  • Towel & wet bag
  • Hat or cap
  • Rain jacket or sweatshirt for inclement weather

What are the hours of the camp day?

Drop off is between 8:30am and 9:00am
Pick up is between 4:15pm and 5:00pm
Extended Care (available for additional fee) allows drop off as early as 7:30am and pick up as late as 6:00pm.

How are campers grouped together?

Camp groups are organized by rising grade, the grade they will enter in September. Groups are traditionally mixed gender.

Can my camper/s be in the same group as their friend/s?

During the registration process you will be able to make a friend request for your camper. Please keep in mind, campers are grouped by rising grade.

What is the supervision ratio?

Our supervision ratio for campers age 5 and younger is, at minimum, 1:6. For campers older than age 5, it is 1:8.

What if my camper needs special services?

One-to-One Services are available for campers with special needs, with staff designated to support a child throughout the camp day. Services are in addition to camp tuition and based on review by camp administrators. Learn more

Can I pick up my camper/s earlier than the scheduled pick-up time?

We designate 11:45am and 2:45pm as early pick up times for both camp locations. To pick up your child at one of these alternate times, please submit an Early Pick Up Request Form to the camp office, when dropping off your child that day.

Do you provide lunch and snacks?

Yes! A full lunch and snack is provided daily at no additional cost.

Where can I find camp medical forms?

Medical forms can be downloaded here. They will also be emailed directly to you upon registration.

Where do your staff come from?

Our staff come from all over the world to work at summer camp! In addition to our local and out-of-state American staff, we have a large contingent of International staff who come from Europe, South America, Asia, Australia, and Africa.

Are staff screened/background checked?

Yes, all off our staff are screened and background checked prior to employment.

How does camp payment work?

A $100 nonrefundable deposit per session per camper is due upon registration to reserve your camper’s place. Your balance is due in full, or payment plan must be set up, by May 1st. During the registration process, you will have the option to choose from several payment plans or you may call our office to set up a customized payment plan.

Are camp scholarships available?

Yes, scholarships are awarded based on need and the availability of funds. Apply
