Residential Treatment

Residential treatment at Green Chimneys is a unique, multi-faceted therapeutic program designed to give every child a chance to succeed academically, socially and emotionally. Green Chimneys offers a residential program as part of its accredited special education in a New York State 853 school.

Our Residential Treatment Center (RTC) provides intensive structure and support to emotionally fragile youth aged 6-21.

Residential treatment helps children coping with a variety of challenges related to:

  • Anxiety Disorders
  • Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Autism Spectrum Disorders
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Impulse Control Disorder
  • Mood Disorder
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Reactive Attachment Disorder
  • School Phobia and Refusal

Green Chimneys’ residential treatment program is located on the Brewster Campus only.
