A Most Unusual Gift

In May of 2012, Green Chimneys received a very unique gift: two Bactrian camels. Sacred Camel Gardens gave Sage and Phoenix to the children of Green Chimneys. These camels will play an integral role in the animal-assisted programs which help Green Chimneys children learn through connections fostered with the nearly 300 animals inhabiting our Farm & Wildlife Center.
